Prayer Could Be Harmful

Friday, March 31st, 2006

In the largest study of its kind, researchers found that having people pray for heart bypass surgery patients had no effect on their recovery. In fact, patients who knew they were being prayed for had a slightly higher rate of complications.
Researchers emphasized that their work can’t address whether God exists or answers prayers made on […]

Who wouldn’t want their own real Katamari?

Shriners

Saturday, March 25th, 2006

Why do Shriners hang out at stoplights to recieve money from people waiting for the light to change? Because those people are trapped there, between cars and a red light and an intersection filled with cars. They’re easy targets to be accosted by Shriners asking for money. Sleeping Your Life Away

Thursday, March 23rd, 2006

I was wondering today how much time on average I’ve thrown away by sleeping.
Lets say you’re 21 years old and you sleep on average 7 hours a night.

53,665 hours […]

Friday, March 17th, 2006

Looks like there are quite a few fake memory sticks out there on the market.
That link can help you tell the fakes ones from the real ones, apparently.

MacTel

Who doesn’t want to install and boot Windows on an Intel Mac?
Me for one. Interesting but about as useful as nipples on male humans. I love how the site reads “and make money” It’s much more fun and equally useless to have OS 9 running on my PSP.
